Medical UX Designer (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We seek a passionate and skilled Medical UX Designer to join the team. 

At Pathway, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and expertise to design and develop user-centered medical products and services that will make a real impact to people's lives.

We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience (inc. internships)

• Experience and/or interest in user-centered design, medical device design, MedTech and healthcare

• Strong sketch modelling and prototyping skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences

• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of web and mobile design principles

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• (Bonus Skills) website development, AfterEffects
